HGV Class 1 Day Driver / Shunter - Bolton£Competitive Pay | 4 on 4 off | Day Shifts | Store Deliveries | Some Handball
We are currently recruiting reliable and professional Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to join a well-established logistics company, working with a trusted national client based in Bolton.
This role is a mix of day driving and shunter work, with flexibility to support store deliveries when required.
The Role- Day shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
- A mix of duties including driving and shunter work
- Some handball involved, assisting with unloading at delivery points
- Working patterns may include:
- Typically 2 days driving / 2 days shunting
- Alternatively, 4-on driving or 4-on shunting, depending on business needs
- Ongoing, steady work with a leading logistics provider
Requirements- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Up-to-date CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Previous shunter experience preferred
- Experience with store deliveries and manual handling desirable
- A professional, can-do attitude with a strong focus on safety and customer service
