Bid and Proposal Manager
£60,000 - 70,000 annual salary

As a Bid and Proposal Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

Leading and coordinating the entire bid, estimation and tender management process
Leading story boarding sessions and facilitating bid review meetings
Leading the commercial team and training other colleagues as required
As a Bid and Proposal Manager you will have:

Experience as a Bid Manager or similar role within social housing
A successful track record of delivering tendering and bids on large-scale contracts
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to assess bid opportunities
Knowledge of fire protection and social housing regulations
