Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Location: Various commercial sites (UK-wide travel required)
Salary: Up to £44,000 basic (depending on experience) + call out retainer
Hours: 40 hours per week - paid door to door
Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, paid expenses for nights away

We are currently looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer looking for stable work across a variety of commercial projects.

The Role
You will be responsible for the installation of air conditioning systems across a range of commercial environments including office buildings, retail units, and shops. Work will involve travelling to sites across the UK, with occasional nights away (all accommodation and expenses covered).

Key Responsibilities

Installation of split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV air conditioning systems
Working on commercial sites including offices, retail stores, and other commercial premises
Reading and working from technical drawings and specifications
Ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
Working both independently and as part of a team What We Offer

Consistent pipeline of commercial installation projects Requirements

Proven experience installing air conditioning systems
F-Gas certification
Full UK driving license
Willingness to travel and stay away when required
