The Client and Project Info:

My client is a reputable Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who are currently recruiting a Plumber for a long-term residential scheme based in Ashford. The project involves plumbing installation works across a multi-unit housing development.

Plumber Responsibilities:

Carrying out all plumbing installation works on a residential construction site.

*

Installing hot and cold water services, soil and waste systems, and sanitary ware.

*

First fix and second fix plumbing works across multiple plots.

*

Working alongside other trades and reporting directly to the Site Supervisor.

*

Ensuring all work meets residential building regulations and project specifications.

*

Identifying and resolving any technical or installation issues quickly and efficiently.

*

Following health & safety procedures at all times.

*

Assisting with testing, commissioning, and handover requirements.

*

Maintaining a clean and organised work area within each plot.

Plumber Requirements:

*

NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 Plumbing qualification (or equivalent).

*

CSCS card.

*

Previous experience working on residential developments or housing schemes.

*

Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems.

*

Ability to read and interpret drawings and plot plans.

*

Strong communication skills and a professional, proactive approach.
