Salary: £23,000 – £26,000 per year (depending on experience)

Key responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents with dignity and respect.
• Assist with daily activities including washing, dressing, meals, and mobility.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Support residents’ independence and promote their wellbeing.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant (preferred but not essential).
• A genuine passion for care and supporting others.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature.
• Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
