What We're Looking For:A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with significant experience in child protection, safeguarding, or early help.Current and valid Social Work England registration is essential.A strong understanding of child development, attachment theory, and the impact of parental risk factors on unborn children.Proven ability to undertake comprehensive pre-birth assessments, identify risk and protective factors, and formulate robust plans to safeguard infants from birth.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage sensitively with expectant parents and multi-agency partners.
