• Work across whole-class, group, and 1:1 settings.
• Respond to pupils’ emotional, social, and mental health needs.
• Support pupils’ access to learning—this may include personal care tasks (e.g., toileting, nappy changing).
• Observe progress, celebrate achievements, and liaise with staff to support learning.
• Contribute to a positive, aspirational, inclusive culture every day.  

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in SEN or specialist education (mainstream background with relevant transferrable skills will be considered).
• Understanding of SEN, emotional/mental-health support, and practical care needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility, and resilience.
