This family-run business is expanding its presence in East Anglia, offering a unique opportunity for a Site Manager to lead a significant office fit-out project in Newmarket.

The Opportunity

Project Scope: Oversee the transformation of existing office and welfare areas, including the creation of offices, reconfiguration of workspaces, and upgrades to staff facilities. The project also involves M&E reconfiguration to align with new layouts.

Environment: Manage operations in a live, occupied building, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining strong communication with building users.

*

Duration: This is a 24-week project, offering a minimum of six months' work, with the potential for long-term engagement.

*

Schedule: Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, providing a stable work-life balance.
