Ofsted Registered Manager - Brand New 5-Bed EBD Service

Our client is opening a brand-new 5-bed EBD home in South London and is seeking a passionate, driven, and skilled Ofsted Registered Manager to lead the team and ensure exceptional outcomes for young people.

About the Role

As the Ofsted Registered Manager, you'll have the unique opportunity to shape the home from the ground up — embedding a positive culture, building a strong team, and delivering outstanding care in line with Ofsted standards.

You'll be responsible for:

* Leading and managing all aspects of the home's operations.

* Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes.

* Supporting, mentoring, and developing your team to provide high-quality, trauma-informed care.

* Working closely with external agencies, stakeholders, and the local community.

Requirements

* Level 3 in Residential Childcare and Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).

* At least 2 years' experience at supervisory or above within an Ofsted-registered children's home.

* Strong leadership, organisational, and safeguarding skills.

* Full UK driving licence - strongly preferred.

Salary & Benefits
