We’re supporting a major secure-sector programme looking for an experienced SAP HCM Delivery SME to play a key role in the implementation and adoption of SAP HCM across the organisation.

This is a hands-on, influential role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, engage directly with senior stakeholders, and guide both the technical delivery and business adoption of the solution.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving delivery, deployment and adoption of SAP HCM
• Serving as the project’s subject matter expert
• Working closely with functional teams to support key decisions
• Providing strategic solutions across multiple workstreams
• Leading and influencing user communities to embed the new solution
• Managing delivery excellence and stakeholder engagement

What we’re looking for:

• Master-level expertise in SAP HCM Personnel Administration
• Expert proficiency in Organizational Management (ideal)
• Strong background in delivery leadership and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to guide teams, shape decisions and ensure successful deployment
• Active SC Clearance
