Site Manager - Office Fit-Out (CAT B) - Trafford
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 7-week office fit-out (CAT B project) based in Trafford. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong track record in delivering high-quality commercial interiors on time and within budget.
Key Details:
* Location: Trafford
* Duration: 7 weeks
* Rate: £250 - £260 per shift (negotiable depending on experience)
* Project: Office fit-out (CAT B)
Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day site management and coordination of trades
* Ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
* Managing site documentation and reporting via Procore
* Maintaining strict adherence to health & safety regulations
Requirements:
* Proven experience managing CAT B office fit-out projects
* Strong working knowledge of Procore project management software
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
