A welcoming one-form entry Church of England school in Barnet is seeking a committed Year 5 Teacher to join their team on a job share basis from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher with recent experience in upper Key Stage 2—ideally in Year 5—who is looking for a part-time role within a nurturing and inclusive school community grounded in Christian values.

The Role:

Part-time teaching position (Job share in Year 5)

Start date: September 2025

Collaborate closely with your job share partner to ensure continuity and consistency

Plan and deliver high-quality teaching and learning to meet the needs of all pupils

Contribute to the wider life of the school as a valued team member

The Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Has recent KS2 classroom experience, ideally in Year 5

Demonstrates strong planning, assessment, and communication skills

Is a team player who values collaboration and consistency

Brings energy, creativity, and a nurturing approach to the classroom

Will be on Main Pay Scale (M1-M3)
