The Warranty Manager will handle and coordinate all warranty service requests for newly delivered boats.

• Act as the first point of contact for all warranty service calls on newly delivered yachts.

• Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and other resources to resolve warranty issues, keeping customers fully updated and setting clear, realistic expectations throughout.

• Process warranty claims, identifying opportunities to recharge costs to suppliers or subcontractors where appropriate.

• Work closely with Quality and Supply Chain teams to highlight recurring issues or poor supplier performance.
