A globally-recognised organisation near Inverness are currently recruiting for an Engineering Manager on a permanent basis.

A huge part of the role will involve leading and developing a large team of technicians and so leadership experience is essential.

Key Duties:

* Oversee health and safety, environmental and quality agenda

* Ensure compliance to maintenance regulatory standards

* Develop and deliver continuous improvement activities

* Line management responsibility for team of engineers

* Duty Manager responsibility 1 week in 6.

What you'll need:

* Leadership experience within engineering/technical environment

* Excellent analytical skills

* UK driving licence
