Basic Salary - £50,000 - £60,000
On Target Earnings - £60,000 - £75,000

My client is a household name within the formwork market, established over 25 years ago, with a very strong presence within the UK. They are looking for someone who can utilise their operational skills and have the day-to-day oversight of the operational team to ensure that the all pre-assembly processes and activities across all product lines are correct, before. being despatched to construction sites

Key role and responsibilities for this Depot Operations Manager Role is:

* Implementing Health and Safety where required and compile training if needed

* Ensure all members are fully compliant with company HSEQ and supply chain related processes

* Overseeing assembly and production processes

* Ensure utilisation of owned equipment is maximised to offset any externally hired equipment

* Forecast the demand for all stock items, taking into consideration forward demand, stock returned from site, stock awaiting repair and supplier lead times

* Be willing to discuss investment proposals to ensure performance targets are being achieved

* Liaise with various teams including rental fleet, branch administrations, yard and sales

Minimum requirements for this Depot Operations Manager Role is:

* Commutable to the office in East Staffordshire

* Experienced within a senior role, within an FMCG production line

* Have experience within a Construction Plant Hire Market (ideally Formwork, Shoring or similar)

* A recognised Health & Safety qualification / certification would be advantageous.
