Position: Training & Development Advisor

Location: Derby (Office based)

The Role:

We're looking for a Training & Development Advisor to support our learning strategy across AEGIS. Reporting to the Head of People, you'll shape career pathways, succession plans, and a culture of continuous learning to support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and support training aligned with business needs

* Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities

* Manage engaging training sessions across platforms

* Evaluate and enhance training effectiveness

* Drive career development and succession planning

* Ensure compliance and maintain training records

Essential Experience & Knowledge:

* Proven experience in training, ideally in engineering or technical fields

* Strong knowledge of instructional design and learning technologies

* Excellent communication, and organisational skills

* Passion for people development and alignment with our values
