Are you a dedicated HLTA looking to make a real difference in primary education? We're currently seeking passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in Kettering and Corby, starting this September.

The Role:

Support teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on your experience and preference)

Deliver small group and whole-class teaching under the direction of the class teacher

Assist with planning and assessment, providing targeted support to help pupils progress

Create a positive and engaging learning environment

Build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum

Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

A proactive, flexible and enthusiastic approach

Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) and right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
