The Best Connection in Earls Court branch is currently recruiting for an Admin Support for the kitchen stock operations specialist on behalf of one of our most prestigious and valued clients.

This is a Full-Time, ongoing position based in the heart of Knightsbridge. This role is ideal for a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced, and enjoys a blend of administrative precision and hands-on stock management.

The Role

As part of the Admin Support team, you will be the backbone of the culinary department. You will ensure that world-class kitchens are perfectly stocked and that all backend administrative processes run smoothly. You will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards expected within a luxury retail setting.

Pay Rates

• Initial Rate: £13.40 per hour
• After 12 Weeks: £14.10 per hour

Working Hours

This is a 5-day-per-7 roster (including weekends). Candidates must be flexible to work both of the following shift patterns:

• AM Shift: 07:00 - 15:00
• PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Control: Monitoring inventory levels to ensure kitchens are fully equipped with essential supplies.
• Data Management: Accurately recording stock deliveries, transfers, and wastage using internal systems.
• Logistics Support: Coordinating incoming deliveries and ensuring they are distributed to the correct kitchen departments efficiently.
• Compliance: Assisting with administrative records for health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Communication: Acting as a key point of contact between suppliers, chefs, and the operations team.
