Bodyshop Manager
Location: Tunbridge wells
Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (No weekends)
Type: Full-time, Permanent

What you'll be doing

Overseeing all aspects of Bodyshop operations. productivity, efficiency, quality, and profitability

Leading, mentoring, and motivating a skilled team to deliver exceptional repair standards

Driving performance across workshop throughput, ensuring repairs are completed on time and to the highest standards

Managing budgets, targets, and KPIs with a commercial eye for improvement

Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the repair process

Ensuring compliance with all industry standards and processes

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager (or Assistant Manager looking for the next step)

Strong leadership and people management skills

Commercially minded with a track record of hitting KPIs and profitability targets

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to handle high-volume workflow

A customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance efficiency with quality

Someone driven, ambitious, and ready to take ownership of a thriving operation
