We’re recruiting a Property Manager to take full ownership of a residential portfolio across the South region. This is a progressive role offering autonomy, client exposure, and long-term career development within a growing property business. Ideal location: Milton Keynes – central for travel across the region.What you’ll be doing:

• Managing your own portfolio of residential developments
• Setting and controlling service charge budgets
• Leading contractor procurement and overseeing works
• Ensuring compliance with H&S and statutory obligations
• Chairing client and stakeholder meetings
• Supporting and guiding junior team members

What we’re looking for:

• Residential block property management experience
• Strong knowledge of compliance and service charge budgets
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
• Full UK driving licence
