Our Client are a well respected main contractor looking for a Quantity Surveyor following successfully winning a £5million cut & carve project of a high end retail space on the South Coast.

They are now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to commercially oversee the project from the initial procurement stages through to final account. Future work will be in the Surrey / Hampshire region.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ)

Monitor project costs and manage cash flow forecasts

*

Conduct tender evaluations and contract negotiations

*

Administer contracts and manage variations and claims

*

Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

*

Provide financial reporting to senior management

*

Identify and manage commercial risks
