Key Responsibilities as Head of Guest Services: People & Leadership - Lead and inspire the guest services team to deliver guest-centric service.
- Recruit, train, and support team members for growth and development.
- Manage schedules, payroll, and staffing within budget.
- Conduct one-on-one reviews and performance development sessions.
Guest Experience - Be a visible and approachable leader for all guest interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, especially VIPs.
- Ensure personalised service and handle guest issues promptly.Operations
