What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance on a wide range of equipment.
• Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime.
• Installing and upgrading mechanical and electrical components.
• Keeping our production running at its best by working closely with the manufacturing team.
• Identifying and implementing energy-saving solutions.
• Supervising contractors and junior technicians when needed.
• Ensuring a safe working environment and preventing accidents through best practice.
• Keeping accurate stock records and helping forecast maintenance needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Electrical Engineering certification + relevant maintenance qualifications.
• Solid experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work across both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and maintenance record systems.
• Hands-on, solutions-focused, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Good communicator with strong organisational skills.
• Safety-conscious and committed to doing things the right way.
