Maths Teacher

We are seeking a temporary Maths Teacher for the summer term to teach and plan lessons for KS3 and some KS4 students. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about mathematics and enjoys fostering a love for the subject among young learners.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Assess and record students' progress and provide feedback to help them improve.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the school policies and behavioural standards.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 levels.
• Strong understanding of the current curriculum and teaching standards.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
