MEP Director - Life Science Sector - Oxford

Partnering with arguably the UK's leading tier 1 maincontractor we are recruiting a MEP Director for a £200m Life Science Project in Oxford to lead the MEP function of the project.

With a 5+ year pipeline of projects locked in for the Oxford area this builer is expanding their local team with a new MEP Director postion being established in the business.

The builder has been established for 100+ years, had strong year to year profit whilst building long lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Life & Science, Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Residential, Healthcare and Retail sectors.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced MEP Director who has a versitile skillset across MEP in preconstruction, design, and delivery leading a high performing team of MEP Managers across Mechanical and Electrical disiplines.

The successful candidate will lead a team of 2-4 MEP Managers overseeing all MEP contractors from precon through to delivery in colaberation with the project team.
