An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within an Independent Garage, located in Billericay.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician or Vehicle Mechanic who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Benefits:

Competitive basic salary up to £40,000, flexible based on experience and skills.
Overtime payable at time and a half, available occasionally
Working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm, with a Saturday rota (1-in-2) from 8.00am to 1.00pm.
Holiday allowance of 20 days plus bank holidays

Opportunities for ongoing training and development within a reputable automotive groupDuties include but are not limited to:

Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles, predominantly German brands.
MOT Testing
Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standardsRequirements:

A Fully Qualified Vehicle Technician NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Previous working experience as a Vehicle Technician.
A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
Dedicated and committed approach.

Your own Vehicle Technician toolsThe salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic, flexible based on experience and skills.

Hours of work for this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday (08:00:17:30), with 1-in-2 Saturdays on a rota (08:00:13:00).
