Our 2019 Recruitment Campaign for our fabulous legal client is well under way.

But as they took a whole new floor in their building there's still plenty of space of new legal trainees and as some of there team have been promoted there's another reason this recruitment campaign continues.

If you are a newly qualified 2019 Legal Graduate this could be the start of your legal career.

My client offers a Training Contract after the successful completion of a three month probation period. Although some of their Office Assistants have done this in under 3 months - it's all about how you apply yourself.

So, how do you become part of this award-winning legal firm in the heart of Wilmslow where they value their people and the business is entirely customer focused which makes them the success they are. You will need a legal degree and an interest in PI, RTA and/or holiday sickness/flight delay work.

They have a growth plan for this year and they are looking to recruit a couple of Office Assistants each month who they can train and develop and bring up through the business - promotion to the next role can be within your first 6 months - the more you put in, the quicker your legal career will take off.

You start as an Office Assistant and get experience of working in all departments. Your day will be very varied from preparing papers for court, admin on existing cases, taking phone calls from clients, doing the post and sometimes even emptying the dishwasher!

You start on longer hours - it's a 42.5 hour week - 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday as you have to give a little to get a great deal back. As you progress to the next level you will move to a regular 9 to 5.30 Monday to Friday working week - and this can happen in 6 months or less.

What do you need to take advantage of this brilliant opportunity?
