Are you a compassionate and dedicated care professional looking to make a real difference in a quiet coastal setting? We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our small, specialist care home in Swanage, supporting adults with acquired brain injury and/or learning disabilities.

About the Home

Our care home is situated in a peaceful coastal location in Swanage, with excellent access to local amenities and health services. The home is registered for 4 residents and currently has two vacant beds, offering the opportunity to provide truly personalised care in a small, friendly environment.

We are proud of our good CQC rating, reflecting our commitment to high standards of care, safeguarding, and resident wellbeing.

The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:

Support residents with personal care and daily living activities

Work closely with the team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment

About You

Experience in health or social care preferred but not essential
Compassionate, reliable, and patient
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about improving quality of life for people with complex needs
Willingness to learn and follow best practice care standards
