Pay: £95-£105 per day, depending on experience

Prospero Teaching are currently working with a primary pupil referral unit, to recruit recent psychology graduates, to join their team in January. The school supports pupils aged between 7-11, with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

As a Psychology Graduate TA, you will:

Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, building strong relationships
Collaborate with other staff members and external agencies to implement strategies
Offer both academic and emotional mentoring to pupils, contributing towards an inclusive and positive learning environmentWhat We Are Looking For:

Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
Team Teach Level 2 is highly desired (training can be provided if needed)
Previous experience within a mentoring or youth work position, supporting challenging behaviourTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two yearsOTHER
