Following a recent restructure, a number of key positions have been identified, with the most immediate priority being the recruitment of an experienced Interim Finance Manager.

A successful candidate will take the lead of an established finance team, balancing day-to-day operational support with strategic involvement. You'll work closely with senior leadership on commercial planning, financial performance analysis, and business decision-making. The position will commence on an interim basis, with scope for a longer-term opportunity as the business evolves.

Ideally, you will be:

• Vastly experienced in the management and mentoring of a team, as well as being able to deliver results in a performance based business
• A commercial thinker who will want to make changes and that can demonstrate their ability to improve performance
• Ambitious and keen to progress the experience is business that is undertaking a transition project
• Someone who has a solid understanding of all aspects of monthly accounting and performance reporting
