We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to help us strengthen our Quality Management System (QMS), ensure compliance with AS9100 standards, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.

• Support internal and external audits to keep our QMS fully compliant with AS9100.

• Monitor quality performance metrics and use KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Streamline and optimise process flows to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

• Actively participate in Material Review Boards (MRBs) and stage gate project reviews.

• Follow up on non-conformities, customer complaints, and corrective actions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong affinity with quality systems and process optimisation.

• Analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.

• Collaborative, proactive communicator who thrives in a team.

• Experience with AS9100, ISO9001, or similar QMS standards is a plus.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
