And we're looking for a Bid Manager who treats winning as the only acceptable outcome.

The Mission

Your job is simple to describe and hard to execute:

Win more business.

You'll take ownership of the full bid lifecycle - from opportunity qualification through to submission - ensuring every proposal is strategic, compelling, and built to win.

You'll work at the intersection of sales, engineering, operations, and leadership, turning complex technical solutions into persuasive proposals that move buyers to say yes.

No passengers. No box-ticking. Just disciplined execution.

What You'll Own

Lead the end-to-end bid and tender process

Qualify opportunities and decide which bids are worth pursuing

Build win strategies that position us ahead of competitors

Coordinate internal experts across sales, engineering, finance, and operations

Write and structure clear, persuasive, high-impact proposals

Manage deadlines and submissions with absolute precision

Maintain a library of winning content and bid intelligence

Continuously improve how we compete, position, and win

Experience That Helps

3-7+ years in bid management, proposals, or tender management

Experience with public sector or framework tenders is valuable

Comfortable working with technical or engineering solutions

Strong project management and writing skills

Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders under pressure
