Programme Co-ordinator - Greater Manchester Housing First and Rough Sleeper Accommodation
You’ll deliver high quality coordination to support Great Places to fulfil the role of Lead Partner ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the partnership and the programmes it delivers. You’ll ensure the partnership functions efficiently and delivers person centred outcomes for the people we support.
What you’ll be doing
- You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding the programmes.
- Developing effective, professional and productive relationships across multiple stakeholders including Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Local Authorities homeless teams and Housing provider organisations.
- Supporting managers with all administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective working practices. This is a busy position where tasks can include timely monitoring and responding to central inboxes, coordinating the accommodation process, coordinating referrals to the programme, coordinating Quality Assurance activities, organising and booking training sessions and rooms, and arranging meetings with stakeholders from across the partnership.
- Providing facilitation support for programme wide training, practice forums and listening events, ensuring partnerships frontline workers are heard and valued.
- Tracking, recording, promoting and reporting on vacancies across the partnership highlighting pinch points and areas of concern to management.
- You’ll be expected to proactively maintain and update a series of excel spreadsheets and databases relating to property lists, case information and stakeholder information.
- Recording and monitoring customer complaints, issues and compliments and responded to them in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinating and reporting on the partnerships various value-added funds offered to the programme through donations and social value commitments.
- You’ll be working closely with the Communications team to promote programme achievements via social media and to all partner organisations.
What you’ll need
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Experience of working in an administrative or project coordinator role
- Experience of collating information in an organised and planned way and presenting this in a way that is easy to understand
- Experienced, proactive and effective in building and nurturing relationships at different levels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately and manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
- Experience of detailed administration and recording procedures, maintaining confidentiality in line with data protection and safeguarding regulations.
- Experience and understanding of safeguarding and the potential risks to customers, the wider community and Great Places.
- Proficient in MS office programmes, including MS Excel to an advanced level.
