Job Title: Outbound Account Advisor
Salary: £13.84 per hour

The Role

You'll make outbound calls to existing customers to introduce and sell additional services that add value to their account.

These are warm conversations. You'll be speaking to customers who already use the service, so the focus is on understanding needs and recommending the right options.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services
• Build rapport and handle objections
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Keep customer records accurate and up to date

• Previous outbound experience or a strong interest in outbound sales
• Confident communication skills
• Comfortable working towards targets
• Resilient and positive mindset
• Good attention to detail
