Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care - Bolton

Location: Bolton area
Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum + Benefits
Hours: 40 hours per week
 
Overview:
A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow an established domiciliary care service in the Bolton area. This role offers full operational oversight with a supportive team, a loyal client base, and excellent scope for further business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of domiciliary care delivery, staffing, compliance, and budgeting
Maintain high standards of care and client satisfaction
Drive service growth through new business opportunities and area expansion
Lead, support, and develop a dedicated care team
Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and care sector legislation
Build positive relationships with clients, families, staff, and external professionalsRequirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care
Level 5 NVQ in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Strong leadership, operational, and organisational skills
In-depth understanding of CQC standards and domiciliary care management
Full UK driving licenceCommutable from:
