What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the Sales team with high‑quality administrative tasks
Analysing incoming client bids and manipulating data for internal business use
Assisting on key projects across the team as needs evolve
Communicating confidently with clients when handling bid information
Using Excel daily - VLOOKUPs are essential
Working with Power BI (preferable, not essential) to support reporting and data visualisation

Some experience in an administrative or data-focused role
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs required)
