What you'll be doing

* Handling a wide range of customer enquiries via phone, email and chat, offering solutions in a timely and professional manner

* Providing account, billing, product and basic technical support

* Booking service engineer appointments where necessary and keeping customers informed

* Assisting with product queries and promoting service packages

* Identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell where it adds value to the customer

* Collaborating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes
