Store Supervisor - Windsor (SL4)

Shifts between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Sunday (Including one weekend day each week) - 40 hours a week, 5 out of 7 days.

About You

I am hiring for an experienced Store Supervisor to join my clients team in a flexible full-time role. As a key member of the store leadership group, you’ll bring exceptional customer service, lead by example, and help create a positive, welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues. You’ll support the running of the store, motivate the team, and contribute to delivering an outstanding in-store experience.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Providing a friendly, personalised shopping experience where every customer feels welcomed and valued.
  • Leading by example to drive sales and support team members in achieving store targets.
  • Offering confident product knowledge and ensuring customers receive helpful, informed service.
  • Handling queries and resolving complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-focused attitude.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supporting store management in achieving sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Helping train, coach, and develop new team members.
  • Motivating colleagues to deliver excellent customer service and work confidently and proactively.
  • Acting as Duty Manager when required, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising

  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising.
  • Overseeing stock replenishment, deliveries, and inventory control.
  • Supporting till operations, including refunds and end-of-day procedures.
  • Ensuring fitting rooms and customer areas remain tidy, organised, and fully operational.
  • Contributing to any company initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency or enhancing customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and people-management skills.
  • Confidence in leading a team and supporting store operations.
  • A positive, proactive approach and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • A commitment to delivering great customer service and supporting team success.
