You will advise respondent and claimant clients with a particular focus on senior executive work, working in a firm who are known for their in-depth understanding of international employment matters.
You should ideally have experience in whistleblowing, discrimination and high-profile litigation as well as negotiated exits.
As a junior employment lawyer you will work closely with several partners and advise multinational businesses with UK operations as well as senior executives and founders focussing on professional services, financial services, luxury goods and services and technology.
Candidates with experience in partnership law would have a significant advantage but experience in this area is not essential.
You must have excellent academics and have strong technical skills, and will have had good quality employment law experience during your training contract or post qualification.
