We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, helping to implement care plans, and ensuring the well-being of those in your care. This position requires strong communication skills, a commitment to delivering excellent care, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

* Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

* Support individuals with mobility and transfers as needed.

* Help implement and monitor care plans tailored to each resident's needs.

* Maintain accurate records of daily activities and any changes in residents' conditions.

* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

* Ensure a clean and safe environment for all residents by adhering to health and safety protocols.

* Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in healthcare practices.

* Drive residents to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their comfort and safety during transport.

Experience

* Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential.

* A good understanding of care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is beneficial.

* Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with residents and colleagues.

* Basic IT skills are advantageous for maintaining records and documentation.
