Your New Salary: £20 to £22K plus benefits

What you'll be doing each day:
You will help support the Logistics Team with their daily tasks. You will interact internally with various departments but most of their correspondence will be with their 3rd Party Warehouses.
·Support the Logistics Team with their daily activities
·Accurately process the Daily Landing File on our ERP system (Microsoft AX) for the company warehouses
·Assisting with Customer Reserve Management
·Processing/Amending/Receipting Sales Orders, Uplifts, Return orders & Transfers
·Liaise with other Wine Merchants to obtain values/invoices for wine purchased outside of the company
·Help raise Customer Orders at peak times (Christmas)
·Raising & Receipting Transfers, Return Orders & Uplifts
·Handling of Customer Reserve and Rental queries
·Daily landing of inbound stock into the company warehouses
·Liaise with 3rd Party warehouses
·Obtain invoices for customer wine bought elsewhere
·Amending Customer Sales Orders and Return Orders to meet daily cut off times
·Process re-lands for both company/Customer owned wine.
The skills you need to succeed:
·Ideally educated to degree level
·Strong communication skills
·Positive can do attitude
·Analytical with good attention to detail
·Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
