Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Location: Milton Keynes

Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts (6am-2pm / 6pm-2am rotation)

Employment Type: Temp-Perm

Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour (first 4 weeks), increasing to £16.68 per hour thereafter

Company Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected soft drinks manufacturing company. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to their team to support warehouse and production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently across the site

* Load/unload deliveries and transport materials to designated storage areas

* Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished products

* Ensure accurate completion of all stock movement records

* Follow all site health, safety, and hygiene protocols

* Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues

Shift Pattern:

* Continental shifts:

* 6:00am - 2:00pm

* 6:00pm - 2:00am

* Rotating days and nights - candidates must be fully flexible

Requirements:

* Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)

* Minimum 2 years' experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment

* Comfortable working continental shifts, including nights

* Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of safety practices

* Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Pay Details:

* £14.50 per hour for the first 4 weeks

* Increasing to £16.68 per hour after successful completion of the initial period
