PURPOSE OF THE JOB |
To provide practical work experience through exposure to various functions in the Learning Programmes (Youth) Department. |
OUTPUTS /RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Assist and support in the LD: Youth Learnership and Internship Programme
- Assist compiling and update of the financial dashboard in the LD: Youth division
- Assist in coordination of training, workshops, information sessions and meetings for the division
- Assist in the request for invoices and preparation of payments for projects activities
- Assist in compiling invoice deliverables/evidence for the payment of invoices
- Assist with divisional queries and enquiries relating to the programmes
- Assist the divisional with ad-hoc activities / tasks related to the successful implementation of projects
- Assist with coordination of travel arrangements related to project activities for the division

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Qualifications Grade 12 and; Diploma (NQF 6) qualification in Financial Management or equivalent Experience No experience required. |
