A well-established family-run business near Harlow is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working Class 2 & HIAB Driver. This role is ideal for someone with a 'can do' attitude who is ready to handle a variety of tasks and interact positively with customers and team members.
Day-to-day of the role: - Operate and manage container movements, heavy plant, machinery, and equipment.
- Work Monday to Friday from 7am to 5pm, with hours varying based on workload.
- Occasionally handle weekend and overnight jobs.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.
- Maintain a friendly and professional approach when attending sites and interacting with customers.
- Complete necessary paperwork and update job applications daily.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Must be over 25 years of age (as required by company insurance).
- Hold a clean driving licence.
- Experience operating HIAB and heavy machinery is preferred.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
