A key part of the role includes using an app-based reporting tool to streamline the reporting process, enabling high-quality service delivery.Key Requirements for the successful Snagging Surveyor:

• Relevant qualifications: RPSA or RICS certification (or equivalent).
• Full UK driving license.
• Comfortable with travel, technology, and direct client communication.
• A professional attitude and willingness to learn and improve.
