Position Summary:
We are currently seeking on behalf of out client a skilled and experienced Supervisor with expertise in ventilation and ducting systems to lead their team of professionals. As the Industrial Climate Control and Ventilation Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of projects, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial ventilation and ducting systems.

* Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

* Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

* Conduct site inspections to assess project requirements, identify potential challenges, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

* Oversee the procurement of materials, equipment, and resources necessary for project execution.

* Monitor project progress, track milestones, and address any issues or delays to ensure timely completion within budget.

* Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.

* Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in industrial climate control, ventilation, and ducting systems.

* Proven leadership skills with experience supervising and managing teams in a construction or industrial setting.

* Strong technical knowledge of ventilation and ducting principles, equipment, and installation techniques.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance practices is advantageous.

* Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.
