The Role:
As an Onboarding Manager, you'll be the key liaison for new dental clients, ensuring a smooth and confident transition onto our systems. You'll manage the onboarding process from start to finish, providing clear guidance, virtual training, and ongoing support. Your understanding of dental operations will help clients feel supported and set up for long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing:

Acting as the main point of contact for new dental clients during onboarding
Guiding teams through system setup, compliance processes, and procedures
Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth transitions
Delivering engaging virtual training and system walk-throughs
Troubleshooting early-stage issues with empathy and efficiencyAbout You:

Experience working within the dental industry (essential)
Knowledge of dental systems, compliance, and clinical operations
Confident communicator who builds rapport easily - even remotely
Tech-savvy, organised, and proactive in solving problems
Comfortable managing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
