Salary: £15.84 per hour | Overtime available
Shifts: Monday-Friday (Early: 06:00-14:30 / Late: 13:30-22:00)

We are seeking two motivated Manufacturing Operators to support an established and growing operation in Perth. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, value consistency and take pride in producing high‑quality products used in the medical sector.

About the Role

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key part in assembling high‑quality products by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions and product drawings. You will work within a cleanroom environment, contributing to a team focused on safety, accuracy and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Manually assemble tubing, connectors and associated components
Manufacture product bags in line with SOPs and product blueprints
Read and interpret manufacturing drawings
Use a tape measure to build products to exact customer specifications
Complete accurate documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Perform visual inspections on in‑process and finished items, escalating concerns when needed
Maintain high safety and quality standards at all times
Collaborate effectively within a fast‑paced production team
Participate in Lean Practical Process Improvement (PPI) activitiesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly
Basic maths skills
High attention to detail with a focus on quality
Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently
Confidence working to SOPs and structured processes
English language skills at a communicative level
Previous experience in manufacturing or production (highly beneficial)What You'll Need

Secondary education or equivalent qualification
Willingness to work in a controlled cleanroom environment
Ability to stand, move and carry out manual tasks for extended periods
Comfortable wearing full gowning PPE (provided on site)
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbsWhy Apply?
