My client, is a market-leading International Express Courier company seeking aLogistics Co-ordinator to manage their Key Accounts.
This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering first-class service to key clients, and coordinating logistics with maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Account Management
- Manage and maintain relationships with Premier/Key Accounts
- Review and track PODs (proof of deliveries)
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and retailers via telephone and email
- Resolve issues such as misrouted/lost/undelivered shipments, liaising with overseas partners
- Update records on the in-house system (training provided)
Distribution & Event Support
- Process distributions, including creating waybills for packages
- Pick and pack items in the warehouse when required
- Coordinate shipments to the correct destinations
- Support event and show logistics where needed
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service/key accounts within the express/logistics industry (Essential)
- Strong administration and IT/computer skills (Essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- A true team player, with the ability to work independently and use initiative
- Hardworking, reliable, and committed to delivering a high standard of service
Location - Slough (Office Based - non negotiable)
Salary - £25K - £30K DOE
