£30-35k (negotiable) plus bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm) / 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am - 12.30pm - paid as overtime)

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carrying out servicing, diagnosing and repairing of vehicles to excellent standards.
* Delivering exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.
* Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
* Adhering to manufacturer procedures and processes.
* Being part of a team and bringing a high attention to detail.
* Providing your technical expert opinion to customers.
Your Background & Skill:
* Level 2 minimum qualified Vehicle Technician.
* Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or an independent garage.
* Strong communication skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
